Introduction

This publication is for philosophical and educational entertainment and should be used as such. I have attempted to segregate this book into section as follows Criminal, Civil and everything else.   This site is under construction and like our roads this is a slow and painful process.6335_110565764299_501444299_2260482_4794631_n[1]

    6. NEVER DENY ANOTHER MAN OR WOMAN THEIR SCAM FOR THEY MAY DENY YOU YOURS
If ever feel that someone is charging too much or screwing you over, step back and think do I want to do it myself? Do I have the training? Do I have the tools and resources? By then they should have done the job be it plumbing, a brake job, or installing the flooring.
What I am saying is that everyone has abilities, capabilities, and limitations, including you and me. So when you think the dentist charges too much, just try to fill your own tooth.

    7. MY SIMPLE FLOW CHART FOR LEGAL ADVICE
    1. you are screwed, shut up and get a lawyer; or
    2. go back and make nice; or
    3. forget about it

    8. FIND THE RULES AND READ THEM OR GET SOMEONE WHO CAN
For every facet of life, there is a set of rules this book is about the rules we make for ourselves to get through the day-to-day crap of life. Think about stuff like parking tickets, over due book fines, evictions, foreclosures, and all the things that keep you in line. When you are getting ready to make a big commitment read every word repeatedly until the meaning is clear. Now I know many people are ashamed of their lack of reading ability, education or English language ability. Forget about it, the stuff is usually written to hide all the real meanings and even the professionals miss things now and then. I have friends who are dyslexic or who just never liked school and just are not good at reading, they always are good at something else, and I understand. I have my limitations like everyone and I try to focus on my strengths to help my clients. So when getting into a deal, business, purchase, or any kind of battle get good advice. A CPA can tell you about the numbers, a psychiatrist can tell you about behavior, an arborist can tell you about trees, and a surveyor can tell you about property corners and titles. Therefore, before you start any thing get professional advice it will be cheap in the end. Costs are always a concern and even if you are parsimonious, (cheap) you can save thousands of dollars, and years of headaches by understanding what you are getting into before you make the plunge. Think of this, is it better to ask a person who just got out of the pool, is the water is warm? Or jump in get out and dry off?
    9. DON’T BELIEVE EVERY THING YOU THINK
I often hear that it just is not right, or that cannot be true and whoever said is not about to believe what they have heard because the facts do not seem plausible. I have to tell people just because you do not think it is right, true, or whatever it may be keep an open mind and demand proof when presented with a questionable situation. When I say proof, I mean hands down, third party objective written proof. Therefore, when someone says this is fact, truth or de facto, ask them “why” until it not only makes sense to you, but you can walk away and prove the fact independently. I have a lot of respect for the great people and their ideas, but if I were back in Sir Isaac Newton’s day, I would not have believed everything I was told and today you should not either. Even if everyone around you agrees with you, it may just mean you hang around morons; they are usually more fun and make you feel smart.
